I was their client for 4 years almost 5, they were great until last night they sent me spoiled kitchen , they refused to reimburse the money or send a new order. I had to call seamless to get the money back. But I find their customer service horrible since I was a client I ordered weekly from their restaurant.

Sometimes you just want Chirping Chicken! You know exactly what it will be - tasty, salty, juicy grilled chicken with that phenomenal tomato sauce on the side. And if you are looking for a cheap meal? C’mon! A quarter chicken with a soft warm pita for under seven bucks! Or get the same with rice and beans for under ten.
It’s not fancy and it’s not gonna win any James Beard awards - but it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to do - turning out cheap grilled chicken that seldom disappoints.

The best fried Chicken in NYC PERIOD. I got the chicken wings special w fries. The fries are fresh and everything is HOT AND CRISPY every time I ask for crispy. ❤️❤️ the staff is nice and mostly all speak Spanish as well. Also I love that they give away the food that’s not used to the homeless. Mucho éxito ??❤️

Used to love this when there was a CC on Lexington Ave, 85 street. Was happy to find this location in front of bus stop. Ordered chicken and sweet potato fries to go. When I got home, chicken was burnt and tasteless. Fries were burnt and soggy. Obvious, they don't clean their grills. What a difference.

932 Columbus Costumer service sucks. No positive attitude. No eye contact. Ignoring what I have to say. Poor communication. Active listening, They listen to respond rather listening to understand.Food is most of the time warm or going cold. I’m not satisfied and wish they make things better.

The last time I bought the chicken it was rotten stinky raw a bad smell of rotten chicken apparently they don't wash the chicken something very disgusting the cooks are pigs to leave the chicken with a bad smell of rotten

I always buy the chicken in that place, you order a chicken for my son and the young man did not go up to take the order because the company policy is that they do not deliver in the project because the people who live in the project do not qualify to go up and my son is He had surgery on his testicles and had to go down several blocks from the premises that is discrimination, the projects do not qualify according to the young woman.
