Spicy Cashew Salad was super yummy and came in a very good portion! The Truffle Avocado Toast was also good but you can’t really taste the truffle.

Got a burger and sweet potato fries and they were fantastic. All of the other menu items looked great too and I can't wait to try more of the menu next visit. Plus the service was quick and very friendly. Definitely recommend and will go again

When I say “perfect”—I very much mean “Perfect”. The burgers and sweet potato fries are a 10 out of 10. Both the Taco Salad and Spicy Cashew were intensely flavorful and beautifully arranged. The Butternut Squash Mac n’ Cheese is a home run. Peach Palmer tea was carefully crafted to be full with taste and not reliant on any sweetness to insinuate flavor. The Immunity Broth is the most delicate and robust combination of nutritious ingredients I’ve ever consumed. Both a cocktail for wellness and a masterful showcase of elite flavor assembling. Now, on to the desserts—Chocolate Chip cookie 10 out of 10. Pumpkin Cookie 10 out of 10. Signature Chloe cake slice w sprinkles 10 out of 10. Lastly, the incredible staff. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the good folks taking care of us. The young lady who took our order made us feel like family from the moment we spoke. The incredibly hardworking gentleman running meals to the guest on a busy Friday evening was an absolute eagle eye—never missing a beat and moving with mindful precision. The dining room is an intimate and thoughtfully curated space organized with a care for community living and nuanced aesthetics. I’ve lived in NY my entire life—you will be hard pressed to find another establishment that provides the experience at Chloe on Bleecker. Cheers to them and bookmark the address. One of the best vegans in New York is back. After a season my favorite vegan burger in all of NY is back. Chloe is a Chef who has published several books and who already had her restaurants all over the city, now she is returning to where it all began. On this occasion we tried the classics, their famous Mac&cheese, sweet potato fries, a salad and their delicious burger. Everything was brutal. They also usually have cakes for dessert and cookies. There are many people who stop by just for a coffee and a cookie. Without a doubt it is a place that you have to try. It has plenty of places to eat inside and a couple of tables to eat outside as well. I can't recommend another place in New York than this one, if you're vegan:

Yummy vegan burgers! I’m so glad I ended up here and had one of the best vegan burgers ever! I wish the burgers came with fries but they’re sold apart (worth getting them bc the sauce is simply delicious), other than that great food, ambient, music and friendly staff! Def recommended to my friends in NYC and can’t wait to come back! (Bonus: the arts in the restroom wall are so cool and just make you feel even more immersed in the city)
