I had a horrible experience at the juice press in the east village over a year ago. I decided to give it another chance. Walked in at 11:50 this morning and wanted a smoothie. The workers said “no sorry we can’t make a smoothie right we’re unpacking boxes right now. You will have to come back” the guy behind me couldn’t get a smoothie either. Crazy experience

My heart is so broken, this place used to be so beloved to me. Granted it’s been like 10 years since I used to come here frequently, but how sad. I couldn’t get a chocolate soft serve, banana was out, and strawberry went out mid serve, so we topped it off with mango. The mango was off, the whole experience was sad, I write this as I finish eating around to what was left of the strawberry, my belly is starting to hurt. What happened to Chloe’s?

I travel like an hour across town to get my hands on their soft serve. Recommend beyond reason. I hope they had it at more locations soon.

Came here to pick up some juice and snacks for an easy lunch tomorrow . However the two ladies at the counter this evening at 530PM were really rude . Did not acknowledge me. Both had loud profanity music playing on their phones . They were not kind at all . Both whispered loud enough about charging me for a bag but said if I like the person I won't charge them. I had my own bag anyways. Your employees are horrible . Poor attitude and poor customer service !

Smoothies are delish. The person who works there on Tuesday evenings could attend to customers with more care. It’s a little odd to be waiting that long, without being addressed, to be served at a juice shop when there’s no one else there.

I ordered a Too Good to Go bag from this location early in the day, and then decided to actually go in and grab a juice ahead of time. When I came in, there were 2 employees watching a video on their phone. No customers. I waited, but even though they were 5 feet in front of me, neither one even looked up to acknowledge my presence. I left without my juice. Later, when I came back at 6PM to pick up my Too Good to Go bag, the store was locked and nobody was around... even though the pickup window was from 5:30-6:30. Really disappointing. I was excited to try it.

I came in for a too good to go order and the girl scanned a decent item and didn't give it to me but took it for herself and gave me something crappy. Sometimes I come here but I find the other locations have a better selection and better workers.

This is in no way a complaint about the woman working today- she was doing her best in a very understaffed and under stocked store.Below is my peanut butter açaí bowl. It is basically açaí soup with coconut shavings. Nothing is whole. It doesn’t taste like it has the ingredients that were listed and THERES NOTHING ON TOP but the coconut shavings that I ordered. This is totally unacceptable. This is not how açaí bowls are made. And- they were out of granola. I suffered that there was granola for sale and could be used but she said that was not a ale to be used . Bad store front. 15 minute wait and bad quality.

Got 4 bottles of juice delivered on Grubhub today (6/29/23) and one bottle arrived expired (expiration date 6/23/23). Another one expires tomorrow. Grubhub says the vendor will refund the price of that one expired product ($10.39 for a bottle), but I would not have paid the same amount of tax or tip if my order total was lowered by that amount—so the refund accounting logic is hard to reason with, but I am too tired to fight over a couple bucks. This was inconvenient and now I am feeling short-changed.

Not the place it once was.Used to love it and the amazing base frozen fruit hasn’t changed. But everything else did. Topping options don’t match the menu, toppings were sparingly added and service was subpar.And the spoons cut both mine and my boyfriend’s lipsThey forgot our order and after they remade it said the topping we paid for wasn’t an option (frozen strawberries bc they no longer serve fresh fruit). Because we paid for it, we asked again but it wasn’t a good choice.
