I ordered a cake for my boyfriends birthday. He is chocolate obsessed. Like he might be made of chocolate lol. I ordered the CHOCnyc Jubilation cake and it was absolutely amazing. The cake was so thick but so moist in the inside. It was absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to visit again and try other pastries.

I was rushing to get there to get a cake because is closes at 5pm. 4:35pm and it was closed. With employees in!! And all display items away. Also an 8” cake for $60 that’s a rip off.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. When I expressed that the cake’s decorations specifically the broken pieces of chocolate were underwhelming and if there’s anything else that can be done, I was met with an entitled and extremely defensive response. Being told that I should consider it “generous” of them to provide $10 worth of broken chocolate with minimal writing that was also off centered, is unacceptable. Feedback should be welcomed, not met with attitude.

What a gem. The pastries and cakes are superb but what took the cake ( no pun intended) was the rosemary olive bread roll. It was so amazing I had to call and compliment the chef. Thank you for giving our neighborhood such high quality treats.

I've bought from Choc several times over the years. Everything they make is wonderful but the pistachio eclairs, lemon bars, and focaccia are my favorites.
