Ordered my salad 30 minutes in advance and it still wasn't ready when I got there. No one was even in the place. Pesto Vinaigrette dressing is amazing though. Good salad. Overpriced like everything else around midtown.

Should you feel the need to chew on some STAPLERS in your salads, that is a new item on their menu.

I order an Avogado salad with chicken, and the chicken was so little inside and the few pieces they put it was like a rock ( the chicken must to be very overcooked or very old) never ordered in the future from them.

Excellent salad. Kale Caesar is the best.

Came here for lunch and the line is out the door during the afternoon lunch rush. The line does move pretty quick as there's numerous employees working very quickly to get your salad or wrap made. Pretty impressed how they keep track of whose salad is whose. I got the Southwest Quinoa ($14) and it was surprisingly pretty filling for a salad.

Honestly my favorite salad spot. The only downside is that they don’t have indoor dining so you have to find a spot. But you can go to the Hugh which is like one block away to eat.

On my 10-day trip to New York, we ate takeout salads every day. We went to three different stores and without a doubt this is the best of all, great variety and quality of products, it is not cheap, but it is the same price as the rest of the stores and the quality is much higher.

I've ordered multiple times a week online for a while and at least twice a week there's always an item missing from my salad that I pay extra for. There's no customer service information to remedy the issues.

This quick chop shop for lunch was a "take & go". I ordered the Waldof salad & it was delicious. It was my first time there & was impressed with the quick service, fresh food, & the variety of salads. The salad size was a good portion & and I'm glad it was chopped into edible pieces. Next week, I plan to be in this location and will be revisiting this shop.

Vegetarian options: Once you select your salad option, you can ask your server to adjust your choices for your vegetarian needs.

Wheelchair accessibility: This was a ground level establishment. Unfortunately, it did not have an automatic door.

The salads are fresh and delicious, but please ask some of your employees to follow directions better. I don’t pay $12-15 for a custom salad to have it drowning in dressing. When I say “a drop of dressing”, I mean a drop!Occasionally some bacon pieces are mixed in with the eggs. I frequently get eggs added to my salads and I don’t eat meat, so please try to keep bacon separate. Also, bring back seating! Some of us like to eat our salads inside the cafe. Unacceptable that seating was taken out.
