Please update your hours to 11 AM. The location was open, but I guess the employees find it hysterical to try to watch you try to open the door when it’s intentionally closed during working hours.
So yeah, I recommend elsewhere .

I love the salads but the service at this location (140 E 45 St ) is the worst. I placed my order through DoorDash but Chop&go uses their courier service through Relay. Nonetheless I placed my order at 6:47p and the app showed that they had been working on one salad up until 7:55p when I canceled my order. Within this timeframe I called the store multiple times; one time someone hung up on me and the other times they let it ring out. I will be sure to never order from them again. I’ll order from Lexington and if they are not open then I just won’t have.

We showed up at 7:50 for a salad. Google and their website noted they close at 8. The woman behind the counter refused to make us salads and said “we decided to close 5 min early tonight” and laughed. So beyond rude and unprofessional. Sad because we love their salads, but will not be returning to this location.

Easily the best salads I’ve had. They chop up the salad super fine and the dressing is really good. Food is prepared fast, very cleanly as well. The manager at the store, Jerry, is respectful and makes sure you get your meal the way you ordered it.
