I have a serious complaint about the order I placed yesterday, and I'm only reporting it now because I got off work very late. Honestly, it's a tremendous mistake on the part of the restaurant staff. First of all, the service was a fiasco because my order was supposed to come in a bag, and the girl handed me the food without a bag or anything, like it was some kind of third-world restaurant. The truth is, I'm paying for a franchised healthy food brand, so I expect good service. They didn't even give me any sauce! It was poorly handled by the girl who served me, perhaps because she looked at me a certain way. Since I'm Hispanic and not American, she probably thought she could treat me differently than other customers. I don't think it was because of the receipt. Believe it or not, the service was a disaster. I even had to ask her for a bag. Anyway, when I finally got home from work, which was about an hour later, I opened my food, which was a wrap, and it even had hair in it! I don't know if it was hers or someone else's. What I ordered wasn't what I received; it was practically a completely different wrap. The filling inside the tortilla was different. There were shrimp. I think they mixed up the order, and just so you know, I'm allergic to shrimp. I was completely annoyed and frustrated, and I left work feeling upset. I don't know if I'm going to lose my money; it's almost $20 for this little thing. What a lack of respect on their part, and it's clearly their mistake. I have a photo, evidence that shows they messed up the food. I need a refund immediately. Honestly, I do believe in this brand, but this is the first time I've ordered from this particular location. If I don't get a refund, I'll have to go to another location, but the service and the order itself were a complete fraud. I want my money back, and I also deserve an explanation if possible.

I get a salad from here at least once a week. In fact, I order so often that the people know me and often hand me my salad as soon as I walk thru the doors! Highly recommend ordering via the app and joining the rewards program, it saves time and eventually, money!
