I placed a 1 PM pick-up order for lunch. It's 1:15 and my order is not ready. Ive stood by the wall to wait for my order to be told its by the register to then be told 'Sorry, its by the door'. Which one is it. The cashier is so bubbly and sweet, give her a raise. I didnt interact with her, but her energy and aura is very much needed in the establishment. To the manager on duty and whomever, figure out a more manageable and efficient system way for customers to acquire their lunch. My lunch...was by ... the register 😑
