Came in and got a salad, like I do 3x a week or more. And these aren’t cheap. Got back to my desk and missing ingredients, proteins etc and the salad was crap. Called and they were rude AF. Really go up a block to Sweet Green and get some better customer service experiences

I was craving a Chopt warm chicken tinga bowl (I like ordering it on a bed of riced cauliflower to feel healthy ?), but then realized I was arriving to Grand Central (vs the Moynihan train station) so was a bit disappointed.
As I was walking from Grand Central to the Courtyard Marriott on 3rd and 52nd, I saw Chopt right across the street from the Marriott!
This location looks very new, clean, organized, with good food, and friendly staff (although I’m sure it’s tough since they’re behind the pick up cubes and you place your order using the pads).
Once I picked up my food and headed over to be pick up a napkin and fork, I saw the Cholula bottle!
I was very excited until they kicked me out promptly at 9:01 PM.

I got food poisoning from a ranch salad with grilled chicken. The chicken, carrots, lettuce, tasted very strange. 4 hours later I was experiencing terrible symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, and stomach cramps. This is the second time I’ve eaten here, and the first time I believe I had food poisoning as well: same symptoms.

This review is for 52nd/3rd ave location. Quality of salad is inconsistent. You never have the same salad twice . Very disappointing. Spent $ 15 for a bowl of lettuce and pita chips. Nothing much else in the greek salad.Waste of money. On a positive note the employees are respectful and helpful.

Ordered via DoorDash and requested heavy dressing to then receive a nice size salad bowl with 1 cup of dressing. Called back to have to reorder again for Chop’t to then send back a half cup of dressing! Money not the issue but $30 for 1 cup of dressing and half a cup is crazy! The manager disregard for customer. Service sucks.

Let me start this review by saying that the whole experience at this location was extremely disappointed. I went to this location to grab a salad a record some videos. The whole place was empty and the manager named Marco told me I wasn’t able to, that I wasn’t allowed to record the place when I was making a TikTok video. Do you even understand that I am doing you free publicity by doing this? He didn’t give me reasonable reason why that wasn’t “allowed” but made the whole experience horrible. The only good thing about this place is the “aesthetics” and you’re not even allow to do a video. Costumer service is a joke, never again. Thanks.
Ugh. So awful in very regard.1. Service is done at a kiosk. Part of the "excitement" is ordering your salad, choosing your topics, and INTERACTING with someone. I get that labor costs are high and that they may have found efficiencies but unfortunately they have alienated me to never want to go back. There is no really good salad chain anymore and you're honestly probably better off getting a salad at "The Mill".2. The chicken tasted rancid. Awful weird texture and just gross. I had to spit it out.3. My salad had other ingredients that were cross contaminated (carrots in a cobb salad).4. Overall, dehumanized sterile experience that is not worthy of anyones $.

After spending a week in New York we are happy to have found this restaurant. Indeed, it’s difficult to find a salad at a fair price here…We ordered a make-your-own salad and a wrap and both were great! For $30, 2 of us ate.
