Staffs are nice, fresh food, and give good portions of food in the 875 3rd ave location but the store in Marcus Ave, long Island always gives little toppings and little meat, very stingy.

Pleasant Chopt. Space to sit. Cubby hole delivery from modern ordering (app or tablet). But freezing cold. Everyone wearing full winter jackets indoor - even sitting to eat. Multiple people complaining. Yes, it's winter in NYC but other restaurants have figured this out. Maybe a curtain around the door? It's unpleasant to be in here.
