Forgot to write this days ago. Always Love going Chopt and so I decided to try a new location. This might be my new go to Chopt the vibe, fresh ingredients and cleanliness is top notch. I also had an awesome customer experience thanks to Marcos he was patient and friendly while making my order . In a busy city like NYC it’s rare to find someone who cares about your experience and he really does. Will definitely be coming back here more often.

Had the best experience with Sandra and staff at the 3rd Ave (btwn 52nd and 53rd) Chopt location. She assisted me with my order, It was my first time ordering from the tablet and I was so confused, she was so helpful, patient and kind! We need more Sandra’s in this world! Plus the salad was delicious!

I love this location - the staff is friendly and the store is always clean. There is seating inside the store as well as an atrium downstairs. Special thanks to Sandra who is always so upbeat and helpful. She really makes this location nice to visit.
