Next time please give a heads up that “lemon or lime” means they’re gonna squeeze half a lemon’s worth of juice onto the salad. I figured it would just be a little zest but I had to throw away the salad because it was so sour. My fault for saying yes to lemon and lime, but a warning would’ve been nice. Would’ve been good without that though.
Also there’s like barely any chicken on here.
There was a fly in my salad…would not recommend this place

The worst wrap I’ve ever had. Unprofessional staff.

A go-to spot for a healthy and delicious meal! Chopt Creative Salad has won me over with their fresh ingredients, wide variety of options, and mouthwatering sauces. Every bite is a treat, and I love how customizable their salads are. Whether I'm in the mood for something classic or adventurous, Chopt always hits the spot. A definite favorite for a quick and nutritious meal! 4/5 stars!

Tha staff are helpful and respectful but tha food not really many options at all , tha inside is clean and very chill not a bad place, kind of hard to find wen walking there.
Fast and reliable!
I love the menu at Chopt– they've got great salads, which is why I like going there. I decided to get the Santa Fe salad, which has avocado in it, but I watched the salad maker pick up the avocado spoon and then put it down and omit it from my salad. When I inquired why, the next person working on my salad, didn't respond and quietly put the avocado in, tossed the completed salad onto the counter and brushed me off. This isn't the first time that I've noticed them skipping avocado when it's a listed ingredient on the salad from their menu. I don't know why this is a consistent issue or if they're told by management to do so, but I don't like it and it makes me question coming back here. Watch your orders while they're being made and speak up if you see them miss an ingredient. I'd let it go if it was just the one occurrence, but it seems to be more of a pattern here.

Want to start off by saying that Chopt does offer some of the best lunch food in FiDi but I am frustrated with this location - twice I’ve ordered chicken tinga bowls online for pick up and by the time I get back to my office and begin to eat I realize that there is practically 0 chicken in the bowl, instead replaced by heaps of wild grains. Why am I paying $16 for practically no chicken? It’s ridiculous and frustrating, especially because this location is serving office workers - I don’t have the time to go back to Chopt to ask for it to be fixed. All of this to say, I would go in person and order food and make sure you watch them with the servings to make sure they are adequately giving you even ONE full serving of what’s supposed to be in your salad or bowl.

Ordered lunch salad through Uber Eats. Very skimpy on the salad toppings. Ordered from a Chopt in California last week and got a great salad with generous toppings.
