1st time at the 41st street location and will definitely be back. It was very crowded but everything moved fast. Food is great and staff was really kind. The man who was quarterbacking the operation knew how to make everyone feel good and was full of personality.

Chopt is always great but this location is THE BEST. Don’t be intimidated if you see a line. It moves quickly and is worth it for a delicious salad.
The man who took my order, though efficient, needs to slow down. This has not been the first time that he would rush me and put the wrong ingredients. He then would make me feel as though I’m in the wrong and comes off very rude. I try to avoid him when I go in the store as this happens frequently. I am considering going to other places because his service truly gives me anxiety.
