Kat, the general manager, is great!! A recent order of mine was messed up but she had it fixed right away and then also offered me a free replacement bowl for another day. Lovely customer service :)

Salad was super delicious. Very fresh. I placed my order and walked here for 12pm and didn’t realize my salad wasn’t ready until 12:50 pm the women was so kind enough to have someone make it.

Why are they so stingy with the dressing??? Every time I ordered online they basically gave me a dry salad. When I go in person I at least tell them MORE when I see them trying to give me nothing. What's the deal with that??? Otherwise, good stuff. Though this location do be getting crowded af.

Didn't put chicken in my salad twice in a single week. I contacted customer service, since chicken is a key ingredient and I didn't feel like paying $16 for some greens was okay. The first time they gave me a full refund. The second time - only half for some reason (even through the problem was the same). Both times I happened to order different salad dressings, which helped me prove that I wasn't just reaching out to get free lunch, when I sent a video proof to them. So I have no idea why I only got half of my money back. I still gave this place another try, and in order to make sure I'll be getting chicken in my salad, I started putting that in the additional comments section. Like today, for example, I did the same thing, and I did get my chicken, but now the egg was missing. As well as a good half of my salad. I have never been given a portion this small before. Do I have to list all the ingredients in the additional comments section next time I order so I get what I'm paying for? But I don't think there's going to be next time to be honest. Maybe I'll try a different location at some point, but my experience with this particular place hasn't been pleasant at all. If you like an element of surprise on the side with your salad, maybe check this place out! Because you'll never know what you'll get. P.S. today the place wasn't busy, as well as the last time they messed up my order. My salad had 4 ingredients excluding chicken and kale.

I go to this Chopt location almost every day for lunch and the staff is always super friendly and the food is consistently good! They know me by name and most likely my order...great customer service. The line can be intimidating but they do a great job of moving through it. I highly recommend!

This is the second time I place my order online within a frame of two weeks and the two times my order was wrong missing toppings and both times my protein choice! Very disappointing won't be ordering from here again unless I go in person, because their salad is very good but they can't seem to get online orders CORRECT!
