Excellent customer service and variety to choose from but the sweetness i do not like at all. I ordered the golden chicken fingers and fries...Wouldn't recommend unless you like sweet and salty..Chicken is juicy and crispy. The bubble tea drinks and pastries are delicious though.

The chicken strips with spicy power were delicious! I don’t know what they put on their fries but they were phenomenal! The service was great and the tea I got with my combo meal was great! It is a small location with minimal seating, but so worth it!

Great for a quick snack on the go! The crispy chicken cutlet is huge (in the pic I’d already eaten half of it and it still almost filled the bag) but not super greasy, so it’s great for a crunchy salty craving when you’re traveling. I got the plum flavor and it was the perfect sweet and salty balance Boba is cooked to perfection, and the staff was very nice despite being busy before closing. I also got the cream puffs, a little underwhelming compared to how good the chicken was but they aren’t known for the desserts. Signature flavor was definitely my favorite. They are very delicate so make sure to ask for napkins!

Fantastic customer service and an absolutely incredible classic pepper chicken cutlet! It was Huge, perfectly crispy, and juicy! Highly recommend! For, 10 bucks, I found it a bit pricey, but I guess that's standard NY prices.

This Chunky Boss is a small store that shares it's space with Tiger Sugar. Inside the store there are only few stools to sit and dine. The menu has the cutlets and popcorns, and combos for those come with fries. Some of the flavors I wanted to order were not available at that time. After ordering, it took them about 10-15 minutes cook the chicken. I was so surprised how huge the piece of cutlet was, almost had never seen a piece chicken that large. The chicken had such a pleasant flavor. It was moist and soft inside. Fries tasted average.
The popcorn chicken (original) is pretty nice. Great value.

The staff were great, Sven was especially kind and hospitable. The chicken cutlet was massive, perfectly crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside hot and fresh, just the way you want it. The sauces were a great touch, each one adding a unique flavor that made the meal even better. Plus, the tea was refreshing and paired so well with everything. We had an awesome experience and definitely recommend checking it out!
