Henesey did a great job bartending and making the perfect drinks. Great relaxing atmosphere.

Went here on Halloween. It's more about the experience which was pretty great. The drink I ordered however was very expensive and all ice.
Chill vibes, delicious drinks, and warm and friendly service (shout out to Nes, our bartender!) Would recommend to a friend
Overpriced mediocre drinks. Also got reprimanded for sitting in the wrong chairs outside?

The atmosphere was so great!! The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and the drinks tasted really good! Nesanne, our bartender, made us like feel like we’re locals, taking the time to explain each drink and find one best for all of us! Thank you everyone, we will certainly we back for the next round of drinks!

As another reviewer noted, this used to be a charming bar with a lot of warmth, personality, and character. It closed for a bit for renovations and reopened will all of the life sucked out of it. From what I gather, renovation mostly meant painting everything white, including all of the tile work. It’s cold and sterile. Drinks are more expensive, it’s generally empty every time I walk by, and the service isn’t great.
Really sad to see what it has become.

Went yesterday with a group of 12 people. The place was empty and they hesitated to accommodate us. Once we were seated the server wanted nothing to do with us. She took our drink order and after 30 minutes didn’t even start making the cocktails. She was talking poorly about us to a man at the bar. We ended up getting up and leaving with no issues since the drinks weren’t even started.

We had Brian serve us drinks last night! The drinks were delicious and affordable. Brian was extremely impressive and had great customer service skills. We live in East Harlem and don’t have these types of cozy low key lounges. We’re definitely going back occasionally!

As a longtime resident of Gramercy, I am heartbroken to see what’s become of a local favorite, Cibar. This used to be a vibey neighborhood spot. Dim lighting, warm interiors, great and fun cocktails like the “Don’t Touch My Pepino.” It then shut down for many months for renovations, only to open up under new ownership. The new spot is now barr , completely stale and void of the charm that once made Cibar an obligatory stop after dinner at Friend of Farmer, Gupshup, or Casa Mono. The new menu is also pricier and the quality of drinks far worse. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we finally went back to check it out after it reopened last fall…. We walk by and get sad to see it empty often, but hoping management can turn it around and bring back to what it was, or turn it over to a new owner who will revitalize it to a new and exciting place on one of the most charming streets in Manhattan.

Bad service and bad drinks. We were group of 4 but added 20% service charge to check?
