Absolutely loved their pistachio soufflé—it was incredible! The cold brew was a bit too strong for our taste, but they had a wide variety of other beverages on the menu. While the drinks are a bit on the pricier side, that’s expected for NYC. Plenty of seating available with convenient table service too.

a coffee shop that offers more than pastries to eat. the salmon focaccia is delicious. servers/cashiers are friendly and helpful. nice ambience to do some work for a bit. i want this to be a hidden gem forever!

We stopped by for a coffee and had a great time, they are very nice and kind Italians. The espresso, served in a beautiful cup was perhaps the best drunk so far. It is a little more bitter than ours because I believe that here in the United States it is toasted differently because everywhere it has a bitter undertone that I don't feel in Italy. However Cynical....top. Well done

Preferential treatment given to Italian tourists. Two people on staff with no line and 100% of their energy was focused on said tourists while I waited and waited for them to take my order. I ended up leaving. Owner is chronically online and belittles his customers within Google Reviews, getting worked up over anything below a 4 star rating. If you like being spoken down to, by all means visit Cinico. Get your cappuccino served with a side of shade.

I don't think you've actually learned anything from our interaction. The fact that you took this review as a chance to try to teach me a lesson about patience is telling. You had 2 people on staff and instead of simply taking my order, you chose to focus 100% of your energy on a single order and pandering to a tourist. Do not talk to me about patience. Ask yourself about how you are managing the experience of your customers. I suppose the other reviews about your stuck up attitude carries some weight. And don't worry, there's plenty of coffee shops in the area. You want some constructive feedback? Get off your high horse.
