So I was looking for a Cinnabon place in the area and came across this location on Google Maps. I was surprised to see such a low score for what is usually very popular stores, so I read a few comments and saw most of the low reviews related to staff and cleanliness. I had such a craving for a cinnamon bun that I decided to go anyways. I thought it couldn't be that bad.
But O.M.G. the reviews are so dead-on! I made the mistake of asking whether the buns were hot or needed to be re-heated, and I received an eye roll from the girl at the counter who wasn't even making eye contact. I brought my friend, who had never been in a Cinnabon store before, so she asked a couple of questions about the different choices, and the only answer she got was "everything is in front of you, just say what you want" in a condescending tone. I was shocked, and so were other people in the store.
Obviously, the food is the most important part of a review, but when you've been bullied before eating, the entire experience gets a bit ruined. Hence the lack of stars.
As far as I could tell, the store was clean.
Next time I'll pick another place for my cinnamon buns craving.
