Long story short, I was hungry and the cinnamon bun the girl gave me was burnt. Not just a little, very and covered the char with frosting. The thing was hard as a rock. Pissed that I spent money on this crap.

I got a delicious cold brew coffee from here that I really enjoyed. The cashier was really chill and I didn’t mind the experience. However, the atmosphere in the shop left a lot to be desired. Sticky floors, unthrown trash, no ac and barely working menu displays, no wonder most people have written off this place.

Absolutely furious with this location. They never get the order right (This time I'm missing $20 of product, last time was $30.) They do not check the orders, they seem to have zero quality control. Other locations give proper Cinnabons this one doesn't. If you're craving cinnabon, hit the grocery store or taco bell, don't waste your time and money with this garbage.

Roll was stale, overcooked and not much icing. Couldn’t even eat the whole thing because the roll dried up and stuck to the box. I could stab a plastic fork in the roll and subsequently lift up the whole box with the fork. Please do not go here. Super disappointing.

The Cinnamon Rolls are everything you don’t want it to be over baked, dry & stale. I was so disappointed when I got home.
This location does not accept the app so you can't use rewards here. The bonbites were not hot and fresh. Do not come to this location. Go elsewhere.
Visited 2/23/23. Not as fresh as the malls, but still pretty good.
