Easily my favorite beer spot in NYC. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to give a recommendation based on your preferences. There's a large selection of beers on draft and an even larger selection of cans to-go, and the food menu is full of great sandwiches and sausage dogs made fresh. City Beer is also an incredible event space. My wife and I recently held our wedding reception here, and Angel took great care of us and our guests and was kind and accommodating every step of the way. We can't thank him enough for making our special day that much more special.

This was one of our favourite places to stop in for a drink while in New York.They had a giant selection both draught and canned with a really friendly and helpful staff to guide. I didn't have the food specifically but it looked great!I would recommend this over a lot of the bars in the area.
