Attempted to use them for in office catering........Not only did our food arrive 45+ minutes late and miss the meeting we were catering for but it was missing items. When I called to ask for a refund and an explanation of what happened I was told they "left 10 minutes late" I asked what time they left they said "11:10am".....our food was supposed to be delivered at 11am. I asked how long it takes to bike to us and they said 30 minutes. So the food actually left 40 minutes late. When I asked if this happens often as we've never received a late caterer (all our caterers usually arrive 10-15 minutes early) I was told they are not late but "if they are late its only 20 minutes late max" When I mentioned we were missing food they offered to reimburse me as a "courtesy". I politely pointed out its not a courtesy to not have me pay for food I never received but simply the correct thing to do. The hot food was cold and the cold food was warm by the time our team got to it AFTER their meeting. I was told a 10% refund and the "courtesy" of not being charged for the never received food was the best he could do and a manager would call..... no manager called are we surprised? Simply writing this to save anyone else the stress and sadness from ordering from this place. I cant give a proper review on the food as it wouldn't be fair being the reviews were after 2+ hours of the food sitting around. If you do choose to order set the delivery time for a least 1 hour before you need it :(

Great food with great prices! The Hawaiian and Mediterranean salad is to die for!! I could not believe how good the food was, going to order from them for my next party. The people who work there are kind and friendly also. The owner takes pride in his craft and how fresh the food is. Win Win!

Absolutely delicious. After searching for the perfect breakfast spot that is both healthy and delicious, we were delighted we came to Cafe Delectica. The service is friendly and helpful, the food soo fresh and delicious, tons of vegetarian options, and fast for those in a rush. I got the Popeye Breakfast special of the day - eggs on sauteed spinach and radicchio with roasted cherry tomatoes and slices of fresh avocado. Served with a side of homemade whole grain toast and baguette, nice and thinly sliced, toasted dry.

we wandered upon this small cafe next to Lombardi pizza shop. it was a pleasant cafe with excellent coffee. the place was packed & seating was very tight. food was freshly prepared, very good and well priced. ambiance was plain and simple. a nice place to sit down when it isnt crowded- between meal times and enjoy good aroma'd coffee americano. portions are small but adequate. service was pretty good considering the crowd. its convenient to little italy, chinatown in the nolita section of manhattan.

This review is for their catering service. I've ordered from here multiple times for small meetings and large company gatherings. They charge by person and require a minimum of 6 for orders which is great if you're on a budget and only trying to feed a smaller crowd.. We love their fruit, cheese, and crudite platters as well as their crostini basket. Their presentation is always spot-on and the food is great! Their team is also pleasure to work with too! Their director of catering, Maria, always answers our inquiries promptly and our food always gets here early. I also love that they include everything you need for set-up no matter how small your order is (utensils, plates, napkins, table cover). Overall, their prices are fair (as low as $50 for platters that feed 6 not including a mandatory 10% gratituity and additional added tips) and service is great. Highly recommended!
I go here way too often. My friend told me about it and since I work nearby. The salads are super reasonable for infinite veggies! And it's delicious. There's a big seating area - so I never have issues trying to find a seat- which is nice for this neighborhood when you need a quicker bite. Also they have tons of options for sandwiches and bread and drinks too... but I usually just stick with the salads.

Haven't had the food yet but have been waiting 90 minutes for delivery... seamless said 45-55 minutes. An update to the review: the restaurant contacted me to apologize! Also the food was very good so I'm revising my review and giving 5 stars based on the quality of the food.

I eat here all the time but today I found a cockroach in my salad. Eat at your own risk. Will not be coming back. Disappointed in lack of maintaining basic health standard.

This used to be my favorite go to place for salad. My friend found a cockroach in her salad so it's safe to say we will be finding a new go to lunch spot. Diss appointed and disgusted.
