Occasionally will go for breakfast. Have been doing the oatmeal becasue it's cheaper, decently healthy and I enjoy that they offer regular and with coconut milk. Imagine my surprise and disgust today when I saw both canisters filled from the same one from the kitchen, so much for one regular one coconut milk. The cashier initially refused to believe me, then said she would "talk to someone". What if someone has an allergy or sensitivity? What if someone is trying to stick to a diet? If you don't want to be bothered doing what you advertise, don't offer that option. This was not a special request that required them to go out of their way, its something the restaurant themselves offer. Shame on the sheer laziness and blatant disregard for customers. I can only imagine what else they're trying to pass off and get over on their customers.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich. I mistakenly thought the tuna salad was the chicken salad. When I saw the chicken it was in big chunks. Looked unappetizing. Looked wet. Good chicken salad is deconstructed more with more or less the consistency of tuna salad. I didnāt speak up to change my order bc I donāt like to be difficult and I thought Iād give it a chance. As soon as I opened the sandwich it started falling apart. The chicken salad didnāt hold any of it together like it shouldāve. Tomatoes fell out, chicken chunks fell out. And for some reason this mayo was so wet and didnāt taste like proper mayo. I ate as much as I could bother. I spent the money and had to make it back for jury duty. Really was disappointing and such a piss poor chicken salad. I shouldāve gone with a turkey blt or chicken cutlet sandwich which I knew I wouldāve liked more after seeing the chicken salad. I love chicken salad but do not get it from this place.

Too expensive for 2 trash plates, I paid $55 for just 2 breakfasts with scrambled eggs, sausages, and potatoes. The quality is really bad, and the place is awful. Not to mention they only give you 20 minutes to eat, if you take longer than that the cashiers, who are super rude, start yelling at you.

The two ladies who ring you up in front are very rude. Everytime I come into the store they always stare at me with a nasty look on their faces as if they are scowling at me, maybe I am too dark to be in their store? My last straw was when I picked up a lunch order, I stand in line like everyone else, I get ready to pay, and because Iām reaching into my bag to take my money, the lady whoās ringing ME up, cancels my order and decides to ring up the white man behind me, as if I was going to take an hour to pull out my wallet. This is a POORLY RUN & HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL establishment. As a black woman I felt targeted and attacked in this store and after that day, I never went back to this place to eat. The food isnāt good either, no bathrooms and itās not properly cleaned. The people who work here need to learn about racial discrimination laws and customer service. I will be reporting to the better business bureau, and I will never spend money and this racist establishment ever again. Itās a shocker that this happened to me in July of 2023. Very appalling.
I came for lunch and found this place to be expensive and bad. Good if you want a large selection (they have a buffet style) a sandwich or a salad, itās good. But it is quite expensive. I paid $21 for a normal sized lunch box.

This place makes some of the best sandwiches in New York City and the City Hall area. One of my favorites is the Chicken Supremo (just note that it's made with bacon so if you don't eat bacon just ask for 'Chicken Supremo no bacon'. For the volume of people that walk in they get you in and out relatively quick
