I recently moved to a new neighborhood and decided to explore the local coffee shops for my morning breakfast routine. Right next to my building, I discovered Claire’s Kitchen Cafe. The place has a charming ambiance, albeit small with limited seating - one table and two sets on the window bar inside, and three tables outside.I opted for Claire’s BEC for breakfast, and it was a delightful choice - delicious and satisfying. However, my experience with the cappuccino was not as impressive. The overcooked milk resulted in a cappuccino that lacked the creamy texture and flavor profile that I was expecting.Despite the mixed coffee experience, the service at Claire’s Kitchen Cafe was friendly and pleasant. While I may not return specifically for the coffee, I would consider revisiting for the food.

Delicious roast beef wrap and hot mocha. All of the offerings looked good. Super fast and friendly service. Cozy place with an inside table for two and a couple window/counter seats, plus a couple more small tables outside. Easy walk from HSS.

Came in for an iced Carmel latte and it didn’t disappoint. If I didn’t have breakfast before stopping by I would have tried something to eat. Barista was fast and friendly. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing little cafe offering delicious, made to order food. We stopped by for lunch and tried their chipotle chicken sandwich, Israeli chicken pita wrap and a mushroom + potato bouraka. All were DELICIOUS. Sandwich was in delicious soft bread, great juicy and well seasoned chicken, nice accoutrements and a perfectly spicy chipotle mayo. Israeli wrap was equally delicious. The bouraka was super flavorful as well. Beyond the food, the staff were really lovely. Owner Leo is super friendly and invited us back for dinner. Definitely try this place sometime soon!!!

This cafe is on the corner of E 73rd and York Ave. It's cute and cozy with some high tables, a couch, tables for two and a few. Theres a beautifully painted art wall which really brightens the space right up. I ordered the mushroom queash, which came with a side salad. The original dressing wasn't my favorite so I asked for something else. Chimichurri was one of the options and I went with that. Normally wouldn't eat a salad with chimichurri sauce but this one was really good for both items. I took that first bite of mushroom with the sauce and WOW that combo was delicious. Every bite after that had chimichurri sauce. The spot was quiet, good for working, networking and to just enjoy some coffee. Oh I heard their matcha is really good as well. Excited to go back again.

Saturday morning breakfast, was nice and quiet. Great music mix, comfortable ambiance on a rainy day. Service was great.More than anything, the Western breakfast wrap was the best breakfast wrap / sandwich I have ever had. Somehow the mozzarella and chipotle aioli all worked together so incredibly well.A week in New York, a total of 7 Michelin stars across several meals, and this might be the meal I never forget.

I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the staff and the owner made me feel incredibly welcome, and their warm hospitality truly gave me a renewed sense of hope for humanity. The food itself was exceptional. Every dish I tried was expertly prepared, bursting with flavors, and served with an attention to detail that's hard to find elsewhere. It's evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft, and it certainly shows in the quality of the dishes. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was not just about great food but also about feeling like a valued guest. Their genuine kindness and hospitality made the evening truly memorable. In a world where fast-paced and impersonal service can often prevail, this establishment is a shining example of how a genuine human touch can elevate a dining experience. I left with a full belly, a happy heart, and a renewed sense of hope for the kindness that still exists in our world.I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking not just a fantastic meal but also a reminder that there are wonderful, caring people out there who make dining out an absolute pleasure. The owner graciously saved me from getting hit my a car when I was biking away from the establishment. The owner waved me off and said “good luck with your future endeavors” I smiled and waved. I will be definitely going back to this establishment!!!
