My family and I had a beautiful breakfast at Clement yesterday. The setting was gorgeous and the ambiance perfect for the first cup of morning coffee. The cornflake French toast was a special treat and won't be forgotten anytime soon!! Beyond the beautiful setting and delicious food, we witnessed a kindness that was beyond generous!! A young mother was dining by herself with a small child and the waiter that was taking care of her offered to hold the baby while she ate. Heart warming!! Above and beyond !! Well done Clement!!

The food was excellent, ingredients were fresh and the presentation was beautiful. We ordered the Caesar salad, Brussel sprouts salad, Chilean sea bass, risotto with lobster and pasta with truffles and for dessert, crème brûlée and chocolate cake. Service was superb, especially our main server, Nicolas, but everyone was very friendly and efficient, including the bartender in the lounge where we had mimosas before our lunch. We will definitely return to this great restaurant. Highly recommended.

From the minute we stepped into the Penisula, we were treated like royalty. From the doorman to the host to the servers to the busboy, everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The Sunday brunch was amazing. The food and the world's best "pot" of hot chocolate were outstanding! The hotels Christmas decorations were absolutely gorgeous...the entire place was magical! My only regret was that we did not stay there, but absolutely will on our next trip to zNYC... thanks again to everyone who made our Sunday Brunch visit perfect!

We booked the Christmas dinner (along with a Birthday Celebration) and although we were seated only about fifteen minutes after our reservation, the staff went far above and beyond to take extremely good care of myself and my family. Food was exemplary and the atmosphere is top notch. Will definitely be a dinner we remember for a long long time.

I absolutely did not like it. The portions were small compared to last year. The waiter's behavior was completely impatient. He kept rushing us to order, saying we needed to order quickly because the chef was leaving and the kitchen was closing. We had a reservation for 2 PM. They seated us near the kitchen, where the waiters were constantly making noise, some singing, some talking loudly. I am absolutely disappointed that such a hotel has such terrible service and waiter behavior.

We love the atmosphere. The food was delicious and fresh, and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. My only objection was with the beverages. We were not given an option for tap water or the grade of liquor for our cocktail. The $71 Margarita was really over the top and felt a little duplicitous. My husband and I dine out frequently, and we are used to having more autonomy over our choices. Regardless, we enjoyed our time at Clement. Now we know better.

Unique and Delicious! The food is exquisite! The duck, the steak is heavenly, the fish ,the desserts, the people amazing! The Clement is Way beyond my dreams! The people and the Service is beyond amazing, we loved their personal touch, fantastic!! we are happy we chosen The Clement to celebrate our Christmas and Birthday!❤️❤️❤️

Great service. The hotel was beautiful. The food was pretty lousy. Terrible selection and execution for a 250/pp holiday buffet. Marco the server was exceptional.

The people are very friendly and service is attentive. However the food quality relative to the prices was abysmal. We ordered the bagel with smoked salmon but it was so fishy we could only have one bite and it was about $34. The drinks weren't that much better, I ordered a drink the bartender wasn't familiar with and they ended up googling the recipe but the end result was not good. I had 2 sips and couldn't drink it. They did not offer to remove it from the bill or anything and I ended up ordering a second drink which is $26 for a mimosa which is absurd for the quality of everything you're getting. I recommend you skip this place if you want good food and drinks. They do have Christmas decorations if you're just seeking that vibe.
Efficiency is the name of the game here with the service, food and preparation are of high quality. Overall a nice elegant quiet spot.

I requested a specific table or one nearby. We were seated in a back room - despite my request or our celebration. The manager apologies and gave a free drink. We did not pick Clement for the drinks. We picked it for the experience and fine dining. Even more insulted when the manager apologized and offered a free drink. Extremely disappointed. WAY too expensive. Choice of food was not expansive and my one request was not honored. Three people - $500 - brunch. Drinks not included.

Paid about $350 per adult for a Thanksgiving buffet. It was the only buffet in New York City that I could find that was at a nice restaurant. So I accepted the price. Needless to say gratuity was added all in all the food was good but for the price I think they could've had more choices Only turkey, ham, and prime rib and about four sides, but they did have appetizers salad, salads, soup, and dessert.
