I’ve been here twice and both times have been pleasant and yummy! Came without a reservation each time and got seated within 20 minutes while in peak period so don’t let the wait times deter you! The pancakes are worth every calorie!

Finally after several attempts I got to experience Clinton Street Baking Co. Superb pancakes with top tier grits and fried green tomatoes. Wait was little over an hour for a party of 2. Staff is very friendly and patient. Would definitely come again!!!

Heard a lot of how great this place was I finally checked it out. It has a cozy vibe to it and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the Pancakes with Warm Maple Butter with bananas. Was also very happy with the Country Breakfast. Be warned the place is very packed and we had to wait 50min for a table for lunch on a Tues. But is worth the wait. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other offerings. Highly recommended.

Got the blueberry pancakes and Bellini. The pancakes were fluffy but were barren of blueberries. The waiter also spilled Bellini on my skirt and foot. Besides all of this, they charged 20% service fee (tip) automatically.
