All About Jackie !

The pancakes are 10/10 and it can be a long wait time because the place is small and a lot of people come to eat here! But it is definitely worth the wait and I think the service is also really good.

Turned up early on a Wednesday morning as it was opening and got a seat at the counter - which is our preference anyway so this was a win - but we clearly got lucky as it filled up very quickly with lots of people waiting too. I went for blueberry pancakes while my husband went for the Huevos Rancheros. The food was superb and the service was excellent but especially so from Jess (I think) who was working behind the counter - multitasking to a ridiculous degree but so on top of tending to everyone promptly and taking time to chat too. I can completely understand why this place has gone viral and would definitely recommend.

Expect rudeness, bad service and average food at best. Hostess wouldn't seat me because I said there were two of us (the other was parking the car). She also said that if I sit down alone, the other person would "not be allowed to sit with me." Simply unreal. Read the reviews. This is a place to avoid.

Nice spot.. food was good. I had to wait.. but it wasn't THAT bad. My only issue was the fact that they only had 1 bathroom, besides that, I'll definitely be going back!

Waited for an hour to be seated at the bar but it was worth the wait. Pancakes are amazing so are the chicken waffles. Only complaint I have is that the eggs on eggs benedict was overcooked

Food was good, however, the wait is too long. If you are planning on eating here, reservations are recommended!

We came in at 15:30 and they said “no more table” . Quite unprofessional and rude the lady at the door and the waiter. You should definitely update timing on Google just to make sure people don’t waits their time to come and see you.

WelcomeThe best pancake restaurant in Manhattan?Pancakes are a thing of fantasy, frankly, but for me, I consider them No. 2 (No. 1 is Buttermilk restaurant in Riyadh). I give them 4.5/5.The chicken sandwich is very nice and I give it 5/5I consider the complete breakfast plate to be the least, honestly, and give it 3/5The restaurant suffers from crowding, and you will never see a wait of up to an hour and a halfBy the way, the restaurant opens from 7 to 4 p.m. to serve breakfast, then closes until the next dayAn experience worth doing

On social media people say this place has the most amazing pancakes. After seeing it recommended so many hundreds of times I said I better go.They were $18, so very expensive. Not very sugary who h was nice but more oily or buttery.I'm sure most people really do love them. But for me I'd prefer just regular diner pancakes or someplace like IHOP. That may sound odd because of how hyped this place is. But I'm serious when I say I think IHOP has a better pancake. These may have not been trying to be regular pancakes and I could be off. But to me they were too oily or buttery. One other negative was they were turning people away and the restaurant hadn't closed yet. I understand you don't want new customers the last 5 min but a half hour seems a bit much for breakfast food.
