Its weird, the lobby has a super nice vibe and decoration, yet the rooftop lack a little love to match it

Love the bar aesthetic and the views from there are amazing. They have inside and outdoor seating. The bartenders are lovely, ask them for their recommendations (they are really good)

A great rooftop bar with open N & S sides a beautiful inside area. The views may not be the best but the atmosphere & great staff make it feel very welcoming.

A fab spot to chill in after a busy day. The inside area is small and cosy but they have a wraparound balcony with amazing views. The drinks are nice and the staff excellent. I really liked that the bar was for customers only. We didnt have to worry about getting a space there, or changing out of comfy clothes to fit in with the drinking crowd.

I had trouble finding an affordable hotel in NYC and the price system of citizenm makes it very transparent and easy to find a high quality room. The hotel is always a delight. The rooms are clean, the staff is AMAZING, and it is easy and fun. Will always prioritize a stay here.

Very nice hotel, convenient, clean. Easy to check in and check out. Ambiance young and fun. I recommend to my coworker and hope I will have the chance to stay there at my next business trip. Excellent

Cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks with an Amazing view! Less crowded than elsewhere. We ended all our evenings during ou stay at the Citizen hotel, with a drink on the top floor.Very nice service each night!

Rooms are tiny with very very limited desk/counter type space to set things on. The fixed lampshades were terrible and only seemed to get in the way of providing more desk/counter space. Bathrooms provide zero privacy, it's basically Plexiglas that surrounds the toilet and shower area so you can hear a mouse fart in there. The tablet to control everything in the room was limited, if you turned the lights on, it turned them all on and the same brightness. Some of the switches to turn individual lights on/off didn't work. Very clean though but the best part was the bed was super comfy, could lay in bed all day and stare out the window.
