A fab spot to chill in after a busy day. The inside area is small and cosy but they have a wraparound balcony with amazing views. The drinks are nice and the staff excellent. I really liked that the bar was for customers only. We didnt have to worry about getting a space there, or changing out of comfy clothes to fit in with the drinking crowd.

Great view of the city! Highly recommend coming to this rooftop bar if you want to listen to great alternative rock, old school hip hop music, great cocktails, and hold conversations with your group. Service was awesome!

Great seating in both the indoor and outdoor rooftop areas. Nice selection of cocktails and great service, however they dont allow any smoking even outside.

I had trouble finding an affordable hotel in NYC and the price system of citizenm makes it very transparent and easy to find a high quality room. The hotel is always a delight. The rooms are clean, the staff is AMAZING, and it is easy and fun. Will always prioritize a stay here.
Very nice hotel, convenient, clean. Easy to check in and check out. Ambiance young and fun. I recommend to my coworker and hope I will have the chance to stay there at my next business trip. Excellent

Cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks with an Amazing view! Less crowded than elsewhere. We ended all our evenings during ou stay at the Citizen hotel, with a drink on the top floor.Very nice service each night!

Rooms are tiny with very very limited desk/counter type space to set things on. The fixed lampshades were terrible and only seemed to get in the way of providing more desk/counter space. Bathrooms provide zero privacy, it's basically Plexiglas that surrounds the toilet and shower area so you can hear a mouse fart in there. The tablet to control everything in the room was limited, if you turned the lights on, it turned them all on and the same brightness. Some of the switches to turn individual lights on/off didn't work. Very clean though but the best part was the bed was super comfy, could lay in bed all day and stare out the window.

A delightfully quirky and affordable boutique hotel in the heart of Times Square. Tiniest room ever, but it was clean and everything worked even if it took a minute to figure out how. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t partake in the breakfast offered, but it looked good. I especially appreciated the safe, outdoor spaces for smokers - some even sheltered! Not an easy feat on such a small property. Thank you kindly for your hospitality.
