Convenient location but thats pretty much it. Everything is consistently over priced, things tend to be poorly made and the staff is hit or miss. They will either greet you warmly or completely ignore/resent your presence. Walk the extra 10 feet and go to primo cappuccino. At least the prices are normal there and the staff is friendly.

Nice little pantry store in the basement of NY Penn Station. I got some iced tea during 11-2019 visit.

This business is absolutely horrible I asked for change for 100$. The woman asked if I can buy something. I told her I don't want to buy anything . And I don't think I should be forced to buy anything for change. I asked nicely twice. Then I was passed along to another person and the next person was word and disrespectful she said I must buy something in order to get change. I asked for a business card She threw it at me. Then accused me of giving a fake 100$ bill Her name was Brenda. I'm reporting them the business bureau.

Nice place to get a genuine brewed coffee, not so crowded and nice prices
This place is a life saver. I stop in here when I'm waiting for my train. It is located inside of Penn station in the NJ Transit area. It's at the top of the stairs in between tracks 10 and 11. I get smoothies when I come here and it tastes good and keeps me cool. Today I tried the mango peach, and it was pretty good. It I like the raspberry mango much better. Had a different kind of flavor. The ladies in here are extremely pleasant and kind. Always ask how my day was. I'm very appreciative of that. I love this place and the ladies who work here are awesome. It's my NY Penn station Go To.

I agree that this place is an undiscovered gem: I went there earlier today, around 9:45PM, and was pleasantly surprised that they were still open and serving (yes, you'd think that, in the "City that Never Sleeps," getting a decent cup of coffee that's not from a chain that shall remain nameless wouldn't be an issue, even at that hour, but you'd be wrong). I've gotten coffee there before, and it's always strong and flavourful, just the way I like it; service is prompt and attentive, as well. Just a couple of suggestions: they could make themselves more visible (I had forgotten all about them until I stumbled into the area, desperate for caffeine, after having no luck at another place); as well, they should have their hours of operation posted in a prominent location (I didn't see any when I went).
