I was served by David and got a cookies n cream with cookie dough ice cream it was excellent. He has very good customer service and the atmosphere was welcoming. Also i like the music they were playing it’s not like other stores, it’s one of a kind

The worst customer service! 3 employees, 4 customers in front of us, painful 40 min of waiting in line just to get 2 ice creams. If I owned this business I would reconsider the ways and employees. Literally! Don’t do it if you do it this way. One of the girls had to call third employee from the back to get to register to do her job while so many people waiting in line.

The cake batter batter batter was delicious! It was really hard to decide which flavor to get, though. My biggest complaint was that we had been standing in line for a bit and the worker started taking the order of the guy after us. When I politely asked if he'd take our order he looked at me like I was crazy and said, "oh, were you in line?" Then, when I told him what I wanted and turned to my son asking him to tell the guy what he wanted, the guy said someone else would have to take his order. Seriously? At least he agreed to make my son's order when he found out we wanted the same thing. Then, he was so slow that the two parties after us placed their orders and left before ours was even ready.

First of all, the ice cream is very bland and all the ice cream looks the same with a little bit of different food coloring. Not comparable to many of the good ice cream shops we have in NYC.Secondly, within hours of getting ice cream at this location our daughter mentioned stomach pain and eventually had to throw up. Unsurprisingly my wife and I had the same effects over the next day. This ice cream was the only thing all of us shared that day, hence I suspect that this is where it came from.Will not go back.
