Came in for the first time today and I’ll never be back. The people working in the back making the coffee wee very friendly. The disrespect from the woman behind the register at the front to an older woman was disgusting. Talking down to her like she’s below her. I intervened and told her not to disrespect the older lady like that, put my unpaid coffee on the counter and left. If you treat the most vulnerable people this low in a customer service job it’s not for you. Maybe the register lady should try the DMV! Her attitude would be accepted over there ;)

A nightmare of hospitality. I’ll never be back to this place ever again.I’ve told my friends and family ignore this place.Passive aggressive behavior of the employees. At the counter I’ve been told if I don’t see the drink I want on the chipboard, that means they don’t have it, and I shouldn’t ask that drink. I was rushed to choose smth else three times, cause I’m on the way of other customers. There was also a tag on a bakery I wanted. It turned out that it was just a label randomly stuck into baked goods that they didn’t have. I was told not to ask for things they don't have. I’ve asked to remove the incorrect tag then. And other passive aggressive things.Terrible!

Everything at Yura is amazing, both the food and service. The prices are good for the area too. You can pretty much get anything and it’s always great. My favorite stop on a walk in the neighborhood

I really liked this place and was going everyday. But BEWARE: ONCE THE LARGE, EMBITTERED OWNER SHOWED UP, MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE CHANGED.IF YOU WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF $ FOR COUNTER FOOD WHERE THE OWNER GLARES AT YOU AND NEVER CRACKS A SMILE, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. It was my go-to place. Because of him, I’ve chosen a new place where I’m greeted w a smile.Vegetarian options: Good food. Prices ridiculously high.

The orange juice is fresh pressed and delicious and only $3 so a great bargain! Other items can either be kinda pricey or decently priced. Quality of everything is outstanding though. They obviously benefit from being the only corner store/cafe on all of East End.

Their pre-made rare roast beef sandwich is delicious.

The few times I’ve been here I have been treated like a rat from the street. Bullying, misogyny, insolence, intimidation, tones you don’t normally hear in this neck of the woods, not that anyone should have to. MARICÓN, there must be another way for you to prove your Hispanic masculinity.

Tried their roast beef on a hero. It was really good, will try again.

First timer. Came back three other times. GREAT tasting coffee. TERRIFIC tasting, fresh bagels worthy of being deemed a "NYC bagel." Seriously impressed with their plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Everything smelled and looked great. Tried the 'Egg on a Roll' for $4.50 and that was really good. This is a great neighborhood coffee shop and well worth your cash.
