The best Italian close to Central Park. Seriously, the service and food are second to none. Salvatore takes great pride in his restaurant and it is a place to be proud of. Daniel took incredible care of us. The Martini was wonderful. The pasta and appetizers were among the best we have ever had. Absolutely worth the visit.

We had lunch and what a great place great service abiance but the highlight was the food we had for appetizers shrimp with capers, black olives and tomatoes so delish main wast the cod fish with asparagus delightful and lite both a must such a wonderful experience yes we had coffee and dessert the usual but delicious as well

Come Prima is one of those rare neighborhood gems that feels like it’s been part of the Upper East Side forever, because it has, and thank goodness. The Italian food is genuinely some of the best in the area (in my opinion, the best). You can taste the pride and craft in every dish.

Sal, the owner, sets the tone with his warmth, and Nina behind the bar is an absolute star, endlessly friendly, welcoming, and the kind of hospitality you just don’t find everywhere...
