Reasonably priced, dog friendly coffee spot. To go breakfast bites available. There are about 7 small tables for people to sit at. A few tables have access to outlets. Service was a little slow and impersonal. Pretty busy spot with lots of foot traffic.

I love Common Address. I could make coffee at home, but I prefer to walk the couple blocks every morning to enjoy a cup at my favorite coffee shop ever. This place is my Central Perk :) The team is so friendly, it’s a beautiful location at Waterfront Plaza, and the baked goodies (in-house) are superior to most coffee shops which get baked deliveries.
