We love this place. Haven't been in years. Glad they take reservations, although early on a Sunday morning (9:45) it was easy to get a table outside. The Farmer's Plate is my favorite—I never get anything else! And their coffee is rich and delicious.

Fantastic server - LUKE. All food was great. Chicken Peanut Salad could use a refresh. Flavor was great, but lettuce was very tired!

Our server was perfectly nice, but he did that thing where he just wouldn't see you unless you stood up and waved semaphore flags. In addition, the food was truly subpar. For example, we had the stallion pancake. They were like pudding on the inside and overly fried on the outside. I am sure they had been sitting out for hours.

Our server was friendly once seated until it started getting crowded and he became inattentive and we had to wave our hands every time we wanted something.

Got burger, fries, and cookie platter for desert. Service was great, and they were kind and receptive about my many allergies. Burger was juicy and thick, so filling and tasty, and the fries were beautifully made and seasoned. I loved the ambiance and the lighting that was adjusted, and the candles that were put out, as the evening got later. Even thought the restaurant was pretty full the noise level stayed quiet and the environment remained calm and relaxing. I also enjoyed sitting near the window, seeing the beautiful views of morningside heights on Broadway. This restaurant was lovely for a nice dinner out with family, and would be perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend!

Very crammed, had to squeeze 5 around a small table for 4 next to the kitchen with service staff struggling to pass. And whilst the service is wonderfully fast, you can get rushed out too fast too. Food was good. But lacking vegetarian and vegan options, and no cruelty free condiments available (ie butter substitute). Would go back, but maybe avoid peak times. Like the ethos of using only organic farm to table food.
