The cafe was a nice place. My son loved the tables. We had the pizza which was not good at all, tasted like it was frozen pizza they threw in the oven. And I had the chicken sliders which were good with French fries but the fries were really really hard. Like I could've broken a tooth, I asked them to remake them and they did. But the play place was real fun my son loved it. But DO NOT DRIVE down there! There is absolutely no parking and the parking garages want to charge a ridiculous price of $93 for 4 hours smh
The overall experience wasn't that great. When you go to the restaurant you expect a certain level of service and we didn't have any. When we arrived there was no host to seat us in the table even though we had a reservation, after we sat at the table and checked the menus we had to get up and go to the front desk to place the orders. We had to wait for a while to get our food and the food arrived one plate after another, not everything together. I finished my dinner first where my son hasn't even got his food yet. However, the food was very good and tasty, I would definitely order to go but wouldn't stay at the actual cafe. Definitely an opportunity for the owner to make some changes and work on the quality of the service and attention of the staff other guests.
Workers were in a rush to go home I called ahead of time to let them know I just need to find parking that a car caught on fire and had me delayed a little bit and they said no worries. The kids will still be able to play until 7:30pm. When we arrived they didn't even let my girls see the piano stairs or go up to play just my 8 year old who was a little older to understand he couldn't go up all the way to play so the girls didn't start crying I had to leave them out the pictures. They didn't let us purchase tickets for the 5 kids and our food was rushed . They also didn't get the memo that it was for my son's 8th birthday so there were no options to sing happy birthday; order ice cream for him or anything: I left super unsatisfied and would never do that 1 hr 45 minute drive for that experience again. NYC is commuting over an hour with tolls, gas, parking and the customer service was super inconsiderate.
Unfortunately they had booked the space for an event without cancelling our reservation. Instead of letting us know in advance and rebooking us they lied to us 2 min before our reservation about a security emergency on the phone. We asked if we could come back and Once at the door they gave us an excuse about construction noise before telling us we can sit for an hour. Then the party started and it was so loud we had to leave. We understand they forgot to tell us but with honesty we would just have come back another day and avoid a poor birthday celebration.
One of a kind, unique outing experience. Exceptional for kids of all ages and super fun for adults. Interactive e-tables keep your little ones entertained with individual or team games while you catch up with friends and family. The huge indoor gym is 1 secret door away for extension of fun and play. Food is yummilicious!
Food was surprisingly good service was a bit slow. The interactive tables were worth the experience definitely a place I would recommend.
Took my daughter, nephew, and niece out for dinner, and they were beyond excited to see the interactive tables--the look on their faces was priceless! The food was good, and the sliders were definitely the highlight. Even though there was only one waitress handling all the tables, she did an amazing job and was very attentive. While we waited for the food, the kids had a blast playing games and drawing right on the tables, which kept them entertained the whole time. I'll definitely be back. I had just as much fun as the kids!
This is a great find in lower Manhattan. We needed a place between to meet our grandsons. This wound up being perfect. The tables are wired so you can order your food from the screen embedded in the table. Once ordered, there are various games available for the kids (young and old) to play either individually or up to 4 players. What a fun spot. We definitely plan to return.
Great place!

The kitchen here knows how to make food that satisfies. The personnel were capable. Complete Cafe, LLC sits in a great neighborhood. Many different dishes have satisfied me. If around this neighborhood, I'll return for sure.

I booked a table in advance to eat lunch for my daughter's 9th birthday. We don't live in NYC, we were just visiting and it wasn't easy to get there in the first place but we thought it'll worth it. The place was empty, and there was probably just two people working there. We sat there for about 20 minutes and nobody checked on us or our reservation. Nobody took our order (you couldn't order on the interactive table either). The staff just passed us by a few times and didn't even say hello. We didn't want to risk it to have to wait hours to get our food so we just left. The interactive tables are cool for kids but not worth visiting this place. Don't waste your time
We met up at this restaurant at 12. Their servings will leave you full. I found the interior design particularly noteworthy. The people here add visual pleasure to their pleasant service. The employees make sincere efforts for your enjoyment.
Kept seeing this place come out on my IG and was very excited to try it out with my toddler. As far as location not the best and parking in that area if you're driving in is horrible. Definitely give your self more than enough time for that if you're not from the area. We went on a Wednesday so it wasn't packed which was very nice we still had a reservation as well. The tables were a great hit with my toddler and kept her entertain the whole hour and half we were there. Food was decent. And had some options. My toddler loved her pasta and ate everything. We also had chicken sliders, pan fried dumplings, chicken bowl and chili Thi wings. A little overpriced but it's also the location. Overall it was cute experience. Wouldn't necessarily go out my way to go back but if in the area with kids would stop in .
The place is so nice !! I really enjoyed coming here. The girl at the front I think her name is Lizzy is very nice and the food is really good. And they have very big open space.
