My friend and I enjoyed the food immensely, however, the waitstaff was a bit overbearing. Checking on us every five minutes, our thought was they wanted to turn over the table to another patron. We will most likely choose another establishment for future as we don't appreciate being rushed.

Stopped in for a drink it was hot and muggy in NY. Great selection of beer and it waa cold! Decided to order a bite to eat. The Shepard pie was a perfect portion but felt like it needed more flavor.

By pure luck, we walked into Connolly's and had one of our best meals ever. Many return visits later, service still impresses. With minor exceptions, the food was excellent. Get a few plates to share around the table. I endorsed this good spot to many.
