Great bar atmosphere. VERY LOUD!!! Food was awesome. Wife had the Fish and Chips, daughter just had the chicken strip app, and I wanted to try something.....Irish.....so of course Shepherds Pie! Never had it before but it was the best. Great seasoning and potatoes fluffy and browned ever so slightly on top!
You know it's the best because it's got the biggest Shamrock in Manhattan. A beacon of green neon signaling Irish accents, weird bathrooms, a punishing staircase to the roof, a two person elevator, and all the tendies and Irish whiskey you can buy. Pro tip... Make friends and buy said tendies through the ubiquitous sea-foam colored mid-town-lite accessory... a corporate amex. Basically Irish.
What a fun experience. We haven't found this place by accident and figuring give it a try and it was amazing. The appetizers the shepherd's pie and chicken were perfectly cooked and very hearty. Definitely worth going back again.
