Not good customer service for the level of luxury restaurant. Extremely overpriced for the food quality and flavor. Not worth it at all.
Took our server 18 minutes to come over and say hi. Another 7 minutes for water. I almost left but my son was busy coloring. Thank God my wife brought a bottle of water with her.

What a disappointment! Poor service not very welcoming and definitely not worth the value. Booked it for my birthday on a visit to NYC. No acknowledgment whatsoever and again service was cold and marginally rude. I don’t think I’ve e er had a worse experience at a ritz carlton. We had tried to stay there but it was full so glad we didn’t. It was awful.

I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. We stay at Ritz Carlton's across the world and this is the worst hotel restaurant I have ever been to. The service was awful and our bill was $400 (Including 18% tip) for 4 drinks, 1 bottle of water and 2 burgers. We saw our server twice the entire dinner and when we were asked if we wanted dessert, we said no and the server said nothing and just walked away...the only exception is Manny at the bar. He is amazing and so kind, however every other server is unfriendly and inattentive. We were so disappointed by this experience. This kind of environment and service does not belong in a Ritz Carlton and you are NOT getting what you pay for.
Dull and uninspired. Absolutely shameful this is in a Ritz hotel. There's better ambiance in a hospital waiting room.
There should be a certain level of elegance for a $30 Manhattan, not a miniature poodle eating and drinking off the plates on top of the table. And no one wiped the table down after it. Disgusting. I don't care if this is in a dog friendly hotel, there has to be cleanliness standards. I lost all faith ordering additional food or drink from this establishment, including hotel room service.
This bar is beyond retribution. I'd wipe out the Contour name and completely rebrand, starting with training the staff to be friendly and also to properly clean after turning a table.

This restaurant does not tell you that it's a hotel restaurant, and so there is a complete lack of traditional restaurant vibe. While our server was very kind and gracious, he was saddled with subpar menu choices, a poor wine list, and awkward seating arrangements in the main dining room, all wrapped in an expensive pricing structure. It is basically a Marriott place to eat, and I could not have been more disappointed.
As always - wonderful food, on point service and beautiful atmosphere. Something on the menu for everyone. Some of the best food we had in NYC.
Great meal with fresh ingredients and well prepared. Excellent service throughout. Close to Central Park for people watching. I highly recommend the pancakes and croissants!
This is really a bar-side seating area with a very limited menu and should not be considered a restaurant at all. The bar itself, in my past experience, although small is very good.
We stayed a few weeks ago the location is amazing, it’s a quiet hideaway in a high traffic area, this hotel is so lowkey. Breakfast at the restaurant/ bar was mind blowing and the presentation impressive. The ambience was to die for, the staff attentive, and the check out was seamless. This is somewhere you’d like to visit when you need a quiet break from all the noise. I absolutely loved my stay, one of the best parts was the full sized soak in bathtub and rainfall shower, the bathroom was an absolute dream! 😴😍🗽

Magical atmosphere & beautiful view, set on Central Park South, topped off with extraordinary food and a fabulous staff. A wonderful experience.
Abdul is a wonderful person and waiter. He is a good listener and the service is great. Sincerely, Christie M Naify Stadnik
A short menu, dishes without surprises. The shock is when I receive the bill: it’s the first time in my life that I’ve seen an espresso for $13!!!!! NYC is an expensive city but here, records are broken! Let’s not forget the $14 bottle of water!!!! Seriously ? It's indecent

The food was fresh and delicious. Service was inattentive and frustrating. There were enough servers who could do a better job. We had dinner and breakfast there. Very few customers in restaurant both times. The hotel Ritz-Carlton was amazing w great service. The restaurant could have a huge clientele given the location. I hope they train the servers better!
