We had a wonderful dinner at Cookshop - so great that we forgot to take photos of our food! The chilled tomato soup was a standout in the appetizers, and the corn on the cob went beautifully with my scallop entree. The service was warm and generous - and with helpful guidance on wines and food! The desserts were out of this world. Overall, the dishes were inventive and perfectly prepared. This was our first visit to Cookshop and I look forward to returning!

Cookshop in Chelsea was such a standout. The vibe is lively but easy, with a steady energy that feels both local and special. From the moment we walked in, Madison and Pierce at the front welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness. They set the tone for the rest of the night.

Edwin was fantastic with his recommendations, and Chef Luis came out personally to adjust my salad after I mentioned craving something like a Caesar. That level of attention is rare and...
