I have been a customer for a few decades and this afternoon sealed it for me; why I continue to go back. What restaurant can deliver perfectly prepared muscles in a sensational and mouth watering red sauce; with perfectly toasted sourdough that soaks up this divine sauce with the most flavorful bread in a bowl of fresher than fresh muscles. - only Cookshoo! This is why they’ve been open and a neighborhood favorite for so long. Not to mention the sweet potato wedges I orders...

Cookshop is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is attentive without being overbearing, and the food truly shines. Brunch was outstanding from start to finish The food is fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor.
The Huevos Rancheros were exceptional: perfectly cooked eggs, rich and vibrant sauce, and a balance of textures and spices that made every bite memorable.

Cookshop in Chelsea was a great find. The food was very tasty, the portions just right, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant without feeling crowded. It’s also a nice place to stop by after visiting The Vessel or walking the High Line. Would happily return.
