“First time I felt ripped off by coffee: almost five dollars for a warm disappointment in a cup so cheap, I wasn’t sure if I was drinking coffee or chewing on recycled cardboard

Really friendly staff but their drip coffee machine was broken, no AC, and WiFi didn’t work. Bad place to sit and work, good place for takeout (if they fix their coffee machine)

Been a few times—today was my first time to try the soggy inedible Very Vegan sandwich, wet bread, old lettuce, last time too. Recommendation: Don’t order that.

I loved the coffee and drinks there. I frequent this place for network and always has good music, it’s very cozy and has a nice library. I loved the service of the stuff , they are nice and give a very good service!

Decent place to work only when you are lucky enough to get the cozy spot at the back of the place. WiFi speed is over 400 mbps

Tbh, I do like the place. It's a quaint coffee shop meets library space. The breakfast food is pretty good (e.g., bacon, egg,& cheese). They have some Latin fare which is also tasty (e.g., empanadas, buñuelos) - but for their size, a tiny bit overpriced. Decent coffee too. A big issue is staffing: Sometimes they may have only one person running the register and preparing food, so can be a bit slow at times. But they are friendly and generally have good attitude. Ordering ahead for take out is a good bet. But if you want to chill, it's also a good spot to bring your laptop, headphones, without anyone stressing you out for being there. It's almost a 5-star place overall.

I really like this place (amazing coffee) but unfortunately I can only come when I have time to spare because they only ever have one person on staff and the minimum I wait for a cappuccino is 10-15 minutes (even when there is seemingly only 1 person ordering ahead of me), which for NYC is not a small amount of time.
