Understaffed: only 1 person working Sunday at noon, resulting in a long wait for the sandwich I ordered. A few groups waited and left without being served because there was nobody to help them. I went to grab some hot sauce at the condiment bar and the squeeze bottle exploded everywhere because the cap wasn’t screwed on. I then had to wait for several minutes even to get napkins to clean up since only 1 person was working.

I’ve had coffee here almost every day whilst I’ve been in New York which says much to the quality of the products served. Today, a much needed Flat White was required which, when served was at best disappointing or at its worst, a crime to good coffee.
As a qualified Barista, I know how coffee should look and taste… this production was disgusting and not hot… actually cold.
I suspect because I didn’t tip at the point of payment, I was served this dishwater.
