I went on Tuesday the 10th and the experience was quite disappointing.
The older lady with glasses who served me told me that the mojito was included in the Happy Hour. Trusting that information, I ordered it, but when the bill came it was charged at the regular price and I was never informed that it wasn’t actually part of the promotion. If that had been clarified from the beginning, I simply wouldn’t have ordered it.
To make things worse, there was also a mistake with my food. I ordered fried chicken, but what I received was a fried chicken steak. One mistake can happen anywhere, but two mistakes in the same visit leave a very negative impression.
I spoke with another server who was very polite and apologized, saying she would talk to the manager. To my surprise, the manager turned out to be the same woman who had been serving me from the beginning.
That really makes you question the level of preparation and management at this place. What’s even more surprising is that the restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time. I expected much better.

Absolutely delicious! So when we have a spa day, afterwards we try a new restaurant. I was told about Coppelia on 14th Street that had the best oxtails. So we get there and the aromas alone will drag you in! We sat at the bar for 20 minutes joyfully which actually felt like 15 minutes. We ordered 2 Steak Frites, Chicken and waffles, corn on the cob with chipotle mayo and cotija cheese with tajin! Lodo Saltado is a Peruvian styled beef short ribs stir fry! Look, that was mine and the beef melted in my mouth! And the crispy Brussels sprouts, perfect! The bowl was so huge, I honestly had to take half home! So worth it ;-D I am so going back.

I had a great experience at Coppelia Cuban Restaurant. The ambiance is vibrant and welcoming, and the menu has so many delicious options. My friends and I ordered the Havana salad, mac and chicharrón, calamares mixto, and finished with a tres leches for dessert—everything was absolutely flavorful and satisfying. The team was very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. We enjoyed it so much and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this place! Grabbed a late night bite to eat and some food to go, and it was delicious! Highly recommend!
It is one of the only places in the city that opens 24 zh hours. I love that convenience. I usually get chicken for the main course , Arroz con Pollo is delicious as well as the pollo a la plancha if you like the spicy kale.
Service is always great, but this time,staff went the extra mile. Thank you very much Sandro for the great experience, as well as Pedro for your great work being our waiter.

I had a phenomenal overall experience at Coppelia. The atmosphere, food, and overall energy of the space were truly exceptional. It’s a beautiful setting with a lively yet intimate vibe that makes it a great place to spend time in the city.
The food was outstanding — everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The ambiance and design of the space also make it feel elevated and welcoming.
However, one aspect of the service did detract from the experience. We were there for an important business dinner, and unfortunately the busser interrupted our table multiple times and rushed the clearing of plates while we were still in conversation. The interruptions broke the flow of discussion and created a slightly uncomfortable dynamic for our guests.
In a setting where people are meeting for business or meaningful conversations, allowing the table space to finish discussions before clearing can make a big difference.
That said, the restaurant itself is fantastic, and the food and ambiance were truly memorable. With a bit more awareness around timing and guest comfort during service, it would easily be a five-star experience.
