I went to this restaurant last night to order take out I had been there with a friend before and it wasn’t bad. I wanted Latin food so stopped in and ordered white rice beans and grilled chicken tje bartender took my order and I was told that it would be put in 15 mins. I get my food pay and get all the way home to open the order and see that there was not white rice and the container with the beans was half full and I got soup which I didn’t order. I was so hungry so I decide to eat the chicken and it was spicy not good. Needless to say I wake up in the middle of the night with terrible diarrhea I spent the whole night in the bathroom so I basically spent $32 on a meal that wasn’t enjoyable was in incorrect and made me sick will not go back here and I’m not sure what was in the container of beans. Churrasco and Mofongo were amazing. Tender juicy steak with a crispy char and fall off the bone soft short ribs for under $30 each. Insane value and quality food. Hands down the best Diner food I've had!

Key lemon pie was also tasty and a great way to finish the meal. Unfortunately they didn't have milkshakes but I'll be back to try it!

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our party of three waited over 40 minutes for a table, only to watch as parties of two were seated ahead of us. It was frustrating to see a table for three leave, only for the host to split it into two separate tables instead of seating us, despite being the longest waiting party. Even the security staff agreed that it didn’t make sense.

When I approached the manager to share my concerns, he was indifferent and didn’t seem to care. To make matters worse, the host then asked us for the table while we were still enjoying our drinks. Overall, the service was terrible, and I left feeling completely frustrated. I won’t be returning.

Definitely a place for Saturday brunch! Not too pricey neither.

Unpretentious diner with a relax atmosphere and dim lights, with a special twist on diner classics. I've seen portion sizes vary from small to large and the food was fine. I loved the pernil, it was tender and delicious. The shrimp mofongo was also very tasty to the last bite.

Used to love this place, been a customer since 2017…had it last night for the first time in about a year because the last 2 times I had it, my stomach was on a thousand & sure enough the same thing has happened again. Not sure if they lowered their quality in the ingredients or cross contaminating the food but this place isn’t what it once was anymore. Officially wont ever be coming back.

Quaint cuban restaurant in the Chelsea neighborhood. The service was wonderful from the time we walked in and our order came out very quickly! I ordered the huevos rancheros which I can describe as amazing, comforting, and nostalgic yet somehow modern. The salsa on my plate was fantastic, the tostada that the eggs sat on over a bed of rice and beans was perfectly crispy and delicious. My husband ordered an omelette with potatoes which he fully enjoyed. The bread they had on the plate was fresh and a perfect addition with a cafe con leche.

Lomo saltado (beef short ribs, stir fried Chinese cuban style with onions, tomatoes, french fries on rice) and oxtail empanadas were delicious.

Good food. It’s always good food and the vibes are real chill. Tight spacing though. Fast service.

I have to clarify that the food and drinks were excellent. But I didn't like that because we were two people they didn't give us the opportunity to sit inside, rather we could only sit outside or at the bar. Also, the food took about 1 hour.

Stopped in for breakfast with a table of four today and was made to feel so unwelcome.

Service staff placed cutlery and plates on our menus as we were reading them.
Ignored our asks for water and sharing plates until we got up to ask the host.
Gave us entrees missing the side dishes and then tried to double charge us after we asked for the missing sides to be brought out.
Waitress hovered over my shoulder and stared at the card reader while I was squaring away the check.

Used to love Coppelia, but cannot recommend after today.

I really wanted to eat at this place but every time I came by it was too crowded. I was craving a Cuban sandwich. I finally came by for lunch. I had a Cuban sandwich because I haven’t had one since about 10 years ago and really felt the need to experience a true Cuban sandwich again. This place did do a nice job with the presentation, but the authentic taste of the Cuban sandwich was not there for some reason. Not sure if it’s because of the mayo spread (I can’t remember this spread being a part of the ones that I’ve had in Miami and The one on eighth Avenue at about 21st St. but I think it’s closed down now) but there was something missing. Maybe it was that the true Cubano Spirit was lacking even though the cheese did spread so lovely but the taste was not as I remembered. Portion should have been larger, but the staff was friendly.

We ate well with a good welcome. Service perhaps a little too fast for our standards, as soon as we finished eating they cleared our table as if to say: next one
