A meal so good we visited twice in a week. The short rib pasta exceeded expectations— and certainly others in the city. Coppola's never disappoints! Outstanding food, but even better service. Eliana served us at the bar and from the first moment greeted us with a smile. A fantastic personality, very attentive, and helped us navigate the many great menu choices. Charles was the Manager on duty and always checking on us. We can't remember the last time the staff were so nice from the front of the restaurant to the back! They also treated our daughter and friends so well for her birthday! Definitely going back!

Great experience! The restaurant is nice with big booths. Apple salad was amazing! Rigatoni Pesto was awesome! Warm Apple pie dessert with vanilla gelato was delicious. Our waitress Angela was attentive and handled everything perfectly.

*My credit card was compromised the day after my visit and I haven't used this card in months. DO NOT visit this establishment! My first visit to Coppolas East left me feeling a bit disappointed. We started with a Caesar salad and fried calamari. The salad was okay, but the store-bought croutons were confusing - why not just make homemade croutons? The calamari had too many tentacles compared to rings (around 80%) and a greasy batter that slid off. I ordered the chicken parmesan, which was a good size, but the taste fell short. Amazingly, the service was even worse. Our waitress seemed to struggle with our basic requests, however the bus boy was able to pick it up. While the atmosphere was nice, there are much better Italian restaurants in the area with much better food and service.

The Capellini Coppola was awesome! The portion was relatively big, and the quality was also good! I was hungry and wanted some pasta to load up on carbs for some long run the following day, and I was quite happy with the pasta, even if I picked it up late. Probably would be even better if I had dined in.The salad was not as impressive (there might have been a little too much balsamic vinegar).Nevertheless, I'll give 5 stars for the pasta.

Pizzas, Breads, red sauces, home made pasta, and very gooey Mozzarella cheese dishes are all incredible.5 - Service = 5/5. Professional, polite and precise6 - Ambiance = 4/5. Nice restaurant7- Cleanliness = 5/5. Clean restaurant and bathrooms8- Dining space for patrons = 5/5. Most of the tables provide decent space to enjoy a meal.9 - Cost = $$$/ $$$$$.
