Great experience. Presentation 4/5. Server quality varied, some were great at presenting the dishes for the tasting menu, but some were not event intellible. Just saying, each dish had such a rich background and it would be great that we could catch call. Special thanks to Alex for the night!

Such an incredible and unique tasting menu.

I had fish (and a fish head that tasted like a chicken wing) that I would've never ordered on my own.

The highlights of the menu were
1. Steak with the sourdough tortilla
2. Taco
3. Potato with onion
4. Dessert of macarons, bonbons, and custard
5. Chicken wing fish head thing

I did the spirit pairing and got to taste a lot of unique Mezcal, Tequila, and Sotol. Probably something like 8-10 oz of liquor by the end.

My wife did the wine pairing which was very hearty. Probably 3-4 oz pours for each portion of food.

I am definitely going to go back. We saw lobster leaving the kitchen that I want to get my grubby hands on.

We ended up spending a little over 2 hours on dinner

Impressive service throughout—exceptionally well trained, knowledgeable, and synchronized as a team. That level of consistency across so many staff members is quite difficult to achieve and truly sets the experience apart.

The cocktail program is outstanding—creative, precise, and fully aligned with the restaurant’s culinary point of view.

The food was solid across the board and super well priced for the ambition of the menu. There are many esoteric elements and unexpected combinations that do harmonize, though at times some dishes would benefit from stronger contrast to sharpen their identity.

The pacing of two heavier meat courses back-to-back is worth reconsidering—placing a lighter or textural intermediary (for example, the taco course before returning to fish) could restore balance and keep the menu feeling buoyant.

For the cod dish specifically, a creamier or fattier curry sauce might better complement the lean nature of the fish and enhance mouthfeel.

I would also recommend reconsidering the branzino collar on the menu. The bone structure presents a real liability if a bone were to lodge in a guest’s throat. On a personal note, I experienced this myself as a child in a traumatic incident that required hospitalization—so this is a risk I’m especially sensitive to.

The shrimp, artesia radish, beet, and shrimp head gelée dish is beautifully harmonized, though it leans so fully into sweetness and softness that it leaves little room for contrast to sharpen its impact. The dish would shine even more with a single disruptive, impressionable note—acid, crunch, or bitterness—to cut through the harmony and create a more memorable focal point.

Overall, an accomplished and thoughtfully run restaurant that could benefit from tighter flavor logic and more decisive contrasts to elevate the experience further.

I came to Corima during the summer and really enjoyed my meal. It’s a very nice interior with a great staff and menu. Lots of fun bites and very well curated menu.

Some of the food items were great, but the cocktails were OK. The bar and seating were compact, and the ambience was comfortable.

Inventive Mexican food, we didn’t get the tasting menu but maybe next time we will. It’s not that expensive at all and you get more variety.

Some dishes are spicy though!

The food is absolutely excellent, but the management is questionable.

We had booked a table two months in advance (it’s always hard to get a reservation) for the à la carte “bar seating,” which we prefer over the regular tables. On the day of the reservation, two friends wanted to join us. I emailed the restaurant, but they replied that they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate them.

When we arrived, however, we were seated, after more than 10 mins wait at a regular table. I asked why, since my booking clearly said “bar seating.” The hostess told me that bar seats are kept for walk-ins. But then — why allow people to book “bar seating” in the first place? And why couldn’t our friends join if you intentionally keep seats available for walk-ins? That doesn’t make sense.

I was really disappointed, especially since it was my birthday. At the end they moved us at the bar, but still, I do not understand.
The food was outstanding, but the customer handling was not.

Had the tasting menu and cocktails. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the reviews don't lie: the sourdough tortilla is a standout dish. The monkfish, branzino, and new potato courses were flawless.

The server Ivan took the time to explain each plate.

The chef Fidel, stopped by to say hello to the table. It’s truly amazing what he has achieved.

I’ve been to every Michelin star Mexican restaurant in Mexico City and this is on par or better than pretty much all of them. Incredible food - with authentic flavors but elevated to a higher level.

Pretty inventive northern Mexican cuisine that made me get even more curious about the broader genre. Loved the duck and pork, as well as the Caesar salad and sourdough tortillas. Thought the turbot was a bit too plain for my liking. Wish they had a more extensive dessert menu. Drinks were very good.
