Good enough for a quick breakfast in a hurry to catch my train :) Sunday around 10am, a few people ahead of me in line, I got my food in about 10 minutes... Not exactly fast but reasonable.

(SIMILAR REVIEWs AS EVERYONE ELSE) why? Because your PEOPLES ARE THE PROBLEM. Unprofessional staff in the front and in the back. Can’t listen to simple instructions. When requested for turkey, they put the blame on us instead of taking accountability. Must think I’m delusional. 2 witnesses saying we said turkey, but all them want to act like immature hooligans. To add on you charge me $10 for a small wrap, and when I brought it to their attention, the messed up they did, instead of professionally handling it, with actual good customer service—they have the audacity to at “I’m charging you 2$ extra for turkey then👹”. So $10 for a wrap the size of my pointer finger? And then have the nerve to be passive aggressive in your response?
Expecting 12 dollars for this is insane… yeah go to another deli—advice from a native New Yorker.

This business is very unprofessional. The staff clearly does not know how to follow simple instructions and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. It seems like they need to hire new employees who are experienced in customer service and actually know how to treat customers with respect.

Bathroom access for some and for other paying customers no. They don't care if your pissing your pants, they'll straight up deny you.

Super expansive in comparison other delis around and nothing special, one small coffee and a few days old cookie is over $10. Sorry, no more corner eats, lots of better options around.
I bought a juice yesterday and it was rancid. $7 and I had to toss it.
Great place for a quick bite. I ordered ahead but messed up the date/time. When I called to adjust they were beyond accommodating and everything was ready on time. The Plaza and the fries were great.

Just stumbled upon this deli and i have to say its the best I’ve experienced on the west side. Their coffee beans are actually quality and the cappuccinos and espressos are made with love. The food is also fresh and reasonably priced. Great location.

cappuccino very weak, no coffee aroma, even after complaining about the drink.... the staff should give a new cappuccino and not add this weak coffee filtrate to the previously given one...

Nice people but they never get my order correct. I've been here at least 50 times, I'd say my order was correct about 15 times. They don't pay attention to details. Ie: I ask for turkey bacon on my breakfast wrap, but I'll get turkey cold cuts. Gross. Also, the bacon they use is extremely cheap. It's very fatty.
