Menu prices say one thing and they charge you another. 12$ for a turkey and cheese sandwich on a roll, that i get by me for $5.50 and it tastes way better. And this was plopped with mayo and skimpy on everything else with a crusty roll

Stop in for breakfast. BIG MISTAKE. I should have known from previous experience here! Gave them another chance! ordered egg whites, home fries with extra onion and peppers and extra bacon and an OJ. Got no extra bacon, very little onions potatoes tasted and smelled sour. Paid almost $17 for this and best thing was the OJ!!!!

I ordered a sandwich from this deli, and I asked for it to be heated. The staff rudely refused, saying that it couldn’t be done because they had already prepared it. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I’ve had the sandwich heated here before without any issues. When I mentioned that I prefer my sandwich warm, they told me that most people eat it cold and that I should have said something earlier. I was treated as if I was in the wrong for simply requesting something that should be standard. This experience was disappointing and the staff’s attitude was unacceptable

They’re always closed I tried to order a sandwich before 5:30 they were closed and it’s Tuesday. They close a 7 pm. Like just close down permanently.

Same problem as everyone else...price on menu is not what they charge you at counter, i was charged 2 dollars more than menu price. Egg sandwich was cold although seemingly freshly make not sure how they pulled it off. Won't be back.

I am so disappointed! I ordered a cheese burger with french fries and can soda, which totaled $10.50. I get to the counter and the teller informs me my total was $13.57. Confused, I questioned why and the cook tells me he up scaled me by adding lettuce and tomato - charging $2 additional dollars to my order. I advised the cook I did not request additional add ons and request it be removed. The cook says, “We will remove the lettuce and tomatoes, but you still have to pay the full amount”. I refused!I never asked for anything additional and the audacity for him to add items on his own free will, then charge me for it. After going back and forth, the cook got upset and FINALLY removed the vegetables from my tray. Sadly, they decided no ketchup, salt or pepper would be given. All this for some hard fries and dry dry dry cheese burger! Zero stars would have been given if possible!
Vegetarian options: The vegetables are EXTRA! DO NOT LET THEM PUT IT ON YOUR PLATE UNLESS YOU ASK FOR IT!

I believe denying access to the bathroom is unacceptable and unfriendly..I am giving one star to your establishment due to this unpleasant experience, and I hope that in the future, no one else encounters a similar situation. Unfriendly staff can negatively impact the perception of service and the quality of the place.I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the treatment towards your customers and provide a more pleasant experience to those who visit your establishment.
