The service was so fast! … That they messed up my order! This used to be an affordable place to grab a quick coffee and bite. But the recent price increases has made it more expensive than better coffee shops in the area. How can a latte, that is smaller than other places, be more expensive? It is a great place if you’re in dire need of caffeine, but wont be frequenting this place as much anymore.

I was staying at the Doubletree and needed a latte before I hit the subway back to Cleveland and this shop didn't disappoint.

This small coffee shop in the corner of 9th ave is a simple shop yet with cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home. Their coffee selection is well-curated and not overwhelming, making it easy to choose your favorite. The tall Asian barista in the afternoon is very kind and approachable, and I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Terrible service! Not only did they mess up my order by adding almond milk instead of oat milk, but they also overheated it and then refused to make a new one! Absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place because of the awful service.
