Terrible service and mediocre food quality. Our lunch order was horribly late via ezCater (who we'll never use again).
Due to their tardiness, we weren't able to serve it for our lunch meeting and were forced to order from another, more professional restaurant.
After chatting with 6-7 AI bots, ezCater would only offer us a 10% discount, when in reality the whole order should be free, given the food went uneaten.
Both ezCater and Cosi need a serious revamp on their customer service training, which is of course providing they're actually still in business and able to do so.

They are the prime example of professionalism and great work ethic. I’ve been with my financial institution for 20 years and during that time you have not disappoint. Thumbs up to the store located on 910 17th Street NW Washington, DC. The absolute best-of-the best ????
