High-level takeaway: Good steak - not particularly worth the price for some cuts. Poor service. Sides were not great. Banchan was good.
Food: Some items are close to being executed well. Tartare felt under seasoned. Dolsot bibimbad had 0 crust (unforgivable) and was very heavy on sesame oil. Ice cream is incredible. Grand Cru galbi is too sweet for my taste and much too expensive for what it is. American wagyu is fantastic.

COTE absolutely lives up to the hype. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in NYC. From the moment you walk in, the service is incredibly professional and attentive without feeling rushed.
The quality of the meat is unreal — every cut is rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly right in front of you. The staff explains each piece and makes the whole experience feel special. The sides, cocktails, and overall atmosphere tie everything together into a top-tier...

Everything was top notch from start to finish and service to the food and presentation.
My favorite was the bibimbap as a great little starter but do yourself a favor and just GET the COTE Galbi you could probably eat one yourself but that feels glutinous but doable for a treat yourself moment because it's melt in your mouth umami bomb delicious.
