Crab Du Jour Xpress Cajun Seafood

This is NOT good. Where is the seasoning? Why is all the food pale? This literally has no flavor and I ordered the du jour special! Which includes ALL OF THE SEASONINGS. SMH everything was cooked perfectly there’s just no flavor. So disappointing. Perhaps call one of your fellow franchisees in the south for some tips on flavor and seasoning

It was okay, the staff are very nice and accommodating , but the crabs were small, hallow and the seasoning needed a little work. My husband ordered the catfish and fries and he loved it.

Cannot express how disappointed I am that I spent my money here. Most of the crawfish was inedible, and I could tell they were frozen or was dead when they were cooked. Spent over $60 on a seafood boil that had undercooked snow crab legs. Very undercooked, corn (how do you mess up corn that bad?!) and sauce was terrible. Still regret spending that money two weeks later.

Now I wish I could give 5 stars because the flavor and freshness of my boil was amazing. However my very first time there . There was an issue with completing my purchase I was charged by my bank on my end but it did not go through to the restaurant. I was furious immediately like Geesh I paid a cab just to come here and the manager is fully aware of this error and that the system does this every now and again when you tap or insert card . Why has this not been corrected? And 2 why wasn’t there a warning ⚠️. So I paid twice due to me already being there . I requested a discount or some type of extra side for my huge inconveniences and was told NOOOO ! Not even a free drink . What if that was my last and couldn’t buy it twice? I enjoyed the food but the experience and lack of empathy turned me off. The cashier she was sweet . But this would make me want to go to a different location.

I don’t usually post reviews on platforms but their customer service was top tier, I recently fractured my foot so I’m walking with a boot and cane i was struggling to get the door open the lady came from behind the register to open the door insisted that I sat and took my order from my seat & When I was leaving assisted and held the door open for me ! You don’t get that kind of service everyday so I took the time out of my day to post this review & to say thank you once again.

The rice is not good at all. The corn small. No hand washing place.Not recommending this place for others.

I enjoyed the steamed seafood very much. Nothing was over cooked. The corn was juicy and tender. Cooked perfectly! As well as the shrimp & crab legs. Everything easy to peel and crack open. Some of my mussels didn't open but it wasn't a big deal. Its was seasoned to perfection to me. The location is very casual and small. So don't think you're going in with a large group to sit down. They also don't serve alcoholic beverages. Big ups to the servers and staff, some of the other patrons were rude. They maintained a professional attitude the entire time.

It's a scam. Beware. They charge for half a pound of each seafood but they serve 5 shrimp, 5 small scallops and 7 small clams. Very expensive for what they provide.
I understand it's Manhattan prices but don't lie to people that 5 shrimp it's half a pound.

First time here, seafood was so good, fresh and tasty, nice service too, I will come back again.🤗

Good food

I used to work with them.. they touch did with their bare skin hands... And the catfish and flounder is the same fish nothing different I was told that while working there... Over all customer service is great food is good as well they just touch your food.. so if you like your food touch with bare hands no gloves then be my guess and I'm keep eating here

This is my first time trying Crab Du Jour Xpress Cajun Seafood. I ordered a shrimp basket with sweet potato fries via DoorDash. The order arrived hot and fresh. The shrimp were a great size, tasty, and perfectly battered, and the sweet potato fries were delicious as well. I highly recommend it!
