Absolutely phenomenal experience. Ask anyone who knows me, seafood and AYCE are two of my biggest passions. This restaurant immaculately blended those two themes in a way that is sure to haunt my dreams for years to come- and I didn’t even do the lobster option. I can’t wait to come back and give the fully lobster experience a whack. 100/10

Amazing Lunch with the husband. Ken was an amazing, AMAZING server. The next time I come back (because there will be a next time) I hoped Ken will be working. The food was very, very good. The atmosphere was great. You feel like you are in a secret place when you walk down the stairs into the smell of seafood. If you love seafood PLEASE come here. You will not be disappointed!

Had a fantastic dining experience at Crab House! The food was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere inside is a hidden gem, completely surprising given the plain exterior. Ken, our server, was exceptional, providing top-notch service and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and an even better dining experience!

I would rate 4.5 if possible. The Old Bay shrimp is good, but I’m not a fan of the spicy shrimp with the sweet chili sauce. Next time, I’ll stick to the basics: iron steak, Old Bay shrimp (1 order), and unlimited crab. The chicken wings, pan salmon, and clam chowder are all no’s for me. The shrimp fried rice was a disappointment—you’d expect quality fried rice at a restaurant like this, but it wasn’t even edible. The crab legs are very fresh. The service was great. Although there’s a 90-minute time limit, the staff had excellent timing when asking if I wanted to place a new order. I didn’t feel rushed at all and definitely left full.

First, everyone at the table have to order Lobsters, if not we can't order. All orders have to be within one hour and half. It's $80.00 per person, they kept pushing about It's family portion, but in reality, we are sharing plates, but still have to pay $80.
But not only that, if you want to take your leftovers, you have to pay for it. The food was so full of msg, it's impossible to get 2nds
The foods was nothing to cry home about. You could have gone to any regular Japanese restaurant and most likely get better tasting food.
I'll not recommend or return. An F in my book!!!

My food was not that good it was bland and some food taste like it was reheated. Some of the cups were not clean and the hostess disappeared from time to time and we had to ask for her. She touched our straws with her bare fingers which is a no no. I would not revisit. The hype overrated for what they charged and they want you to pay extra to take what you already have left on the table. A few people go up and left when I was there, I should have followed. The calamari was gummy and tasted old. The chicken was not done all the way, we had to tell them to take it back to cook longer.

Highly recommend opting for the lobster option if you can! The steamed lobster with garlic butter and lobster mac and cheese were my highlights ? great service as well!

This was a bad experience overall.

The food math does not add up, I’d rather spend $240 at any other asian crawfish boil restaurant than come back here.

This meal felt more like a $40–$50 value, not the $100+ pp dinner I paid for.

The service was awful. The waitress forgot items/drink for all three orders, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. We literally filled out the order for her, and she still managed to mess it up.

Here’s how the food measured up:

- Clams: Tasted like they were straight from the freezer or possibly rotten. 0/10. No idea why they even serve this.
- No Dungeness crab: The waitress didn’t mention this before or during ordering. Completely dismissive. 0/10.
- Snow crab legs: Pretty tasty for the price. 8/10.
- Oysters: Not great. 4/10.
- Steak: Decent lean cut, but nothing special. 6/10.
- fried Chicken wings: Okay. 6/10.
- Lobster balls: Decent. 7/10.
- Shrimp: Just average. 5/10.

I’m so glad I didn’t spend extra on the lobster upgrade because it would’ve just been another disappointment.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but I left feeling disappointed and even a bit scammed.

Spend the money at any other cajun seafood spot and get better value.
